On June 29, 2007 a huge fire ripped through The Best Western Hotel located on N. Dale Mabry Highway & Waters Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The fire, which was reported on National and International news caused extensive damage to the building, roof, and interior components. After being solicited by hundred’s of public adjusting firms from all over the country, the owners who were located in India were very impressed with the professional public insurance adjusters from Tutwiler & Associates. As a result, Tutwiler & Associates was able to get a face to face meeting at one of the owner's other hotels in Tampa and signed the contract shortly thereafter. Hotel is back in business.
