Amberwood, a 17 building apartment complex, suffered a major fire loss in March of 2002. The real estate company owner in New York hired Tutwiler & Associates to assist with the loss and damage settlement details. Within two months, the building loss was settled and with other related payments the insurance carrier paid in excess of $770,000.
