As a result of Hurricane Charley, the historic Holiday Inn, Ft. Myers Beach, suffered severe flooding in all of its first floor guest rooms and restaurant / bar area. Immediately following the storm, ownership interviewed several large public adjusting firms before choosing Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. to represent them with their claim.
