The Colony is a beautiful boutique hotel located just steps from the Atlantic Ocean and the popular Worth Avenue shopping area in downtown Palm Beach, Florida. The hotel suffered extensive damage to the exterior, roofs, windows and interior finishes as a result of the force of Hurricane Jeanne. The insurance carrier was immediately notified and promptly investigated the claim.
