Property Owner Gets Fair Settlement for Commercial Water Loss

Old Dutch, Inc. owns and leases a number of properties in the Tampa Bay area. When the owners experienced a catastrophic failure of a 4” high pressure fire suppression pipe located in the slab in one of their properties, they knew from prior experience their insurance company would require proper documentation.
