On May 10th, 2010 Mr. McIntosh noticed standing water in his kitchen pantry and called his insurance company. A water leak was discovered at a rental property in Tavares, FL on September 29th, 2009. The residence suffered significant damage throughout and fungal growth began to appear. The policyholder made contact with their insurance carrier who sent out the company adjuster to inspect the property. The report was submitted to the claims office and a payment of $18,406 was made to the insured.
