Hurricane Wilma caused extensive windstorm / hurricane damage to this condominium community. It also sustained hurricane damage after hurricanes Frances and Jeanne in 2004. After receiving no response from its insurance carrier, the Association retained the services of Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. to assist with the arduous claim process. A thorough and professional damage assessment was performed and a detailed repair estimate was prepared. Lengthy settlement negotiations resulted in an amicable agreement with the Association receiving more than $1,355,958 for its hurricane damages.
