A severe water loss occurred to this upscale condominium building as a result of a broken pipe. The building sustained major damage to its finishings which had to be removed and discarded. Having used Tutwiler and Associates in the past, public adjuster Rick Tutwiler assessed the loss and damages, ultimately negotiating a settlement on the Association's behalf. The amount settled upon was a 153% increase over the insurance company's initial offer.
