In May 2006 this Ft. Myers, FL beach villa suffered a fire loss causing extensive damage to the interior furnishings resulting in out of pocket expenses for the insured due to loss of rental income. When the insured was offered much less from the insurance carrier, public adjuster Rick Tutwiler was hired to assist with the claim process. Mr. Tutwiler successfully negotiated a final settlement for the insured enabling a complete restoration of the villa to its pre-loss condition.
