Public Adjuster Ed Collier assists this Father-Son operated motel with fire loss recovery. This small family owned motel in Florence, South Carolina suffered a fire loss as a result of a boarder smoking in bed. Although the focal point of this fire occurred primarily in one room, the resulting fire, smoke and fire department water damage caused significant loss to building and personal property. Mr. Collier worked closely with the owners to guide them through the sometimes confusing insurance policy language, to accurately determine the full extent of damages and to get the owner’s paid.
