Liner Source, Inc., a Florida Corporation distributing specialty plants nationwide, suffered a catastrophic loss to its stock due to a chemical contamination. Liner Source retained Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. to assist with its stock loss and the future business interruption claim which followed. As a result of Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. efforts, the first offer of settlement was doubled resulting in an amicable total settlement of the stock and business interruption loss in the amount of $2,750,000.00.
